Yesterday it was a minor kidney stone, I drank a bunch of water and my bladder was in pain, i felt it move to the leaving point and thankfully it passed the "final section" without pain
Immediately after I was relieved, and only minor soreness from it
It was small enough I didnt really see it pass but I know it's gone now
Lesson to me that I need to drink ALOT of water to keep these from coming
Arrrgg .. I also gotta get off my ass and excercise ... 296 .... i gotta set my eyes on 290 and head for it !
