Today was one of those days, I woke up and I can see changes
It's good to see and feel changes, clothes getting looser, pants fitting better
I think today I will take some pictures so i can have good documentation of my 296 Phase
I need a new scale at home
The thing has read 305 the whole time that the official scale at work has gone from 307 to 296
So clearly the home scale does not work
