Day 27

It's becoming more routine now to stay "on plan"

I'm also not as hungry as I used to be, very little food can keep me going for a long period of time

Low blood sugar issues seem to have gotten better overall and I don't drop so fast anymore on blood sugar

Ketone levels are lowered now I've added in more healthy carbs and won't turn down a BIG salad :)

Nothing new except I'm trying to buy a house and cash is gonna be short for a while
