Made it through yesterday immediately after work went to Walmart and got me some low carb and sugar free Jerkeys and some Atkins bars
I don't go crazy with Atkins bars, but when you skip breakfast, or when you are in a pinch and have NO OTHER CHOICE it's better than nothing and they have a TON of Fiber in them. I'm staring at one right now and it has 10g of dietary fiber.
Fiber is mucho importante, anyone who has done atkins for a long time can tell you. You CAN NOT be healthy without Fiber .. bad stuff happens !
Today gonna try (again) to get my water intake UP UP UP
