296.4 (Day 32)

Wow I got a little whoosh of weight off me this week. I'm super happy about this.

I was gonna set my next goal to 295 but since I am at 296.4 I will make it 290

This week is going to be tricky as I'm adding in Gym work, this will lead to some water build up and maybe some weight gain. I have to keep my focus though and not let it knock me off plan. Also have to remember that working out does not entitle me to eat more, or eat any carbs that are NOT on the PLAN

I'm very happy about this, keeping a diary is really making it very visible that though things are changing slowly, they are in fact changing, and those little changes over a period of time are all that matters in the LONG RUN.
