Day 22 First work out Complete

I got my first workout done last night

2 miles on treadmill and some Shoulder/Tricep work

It felt great, I had a TON of energy, I felt like I could keep going for hours but I stopped myself in order to prevent getting too sore or hurting myself !

Today water is the goal, it's gonna suck peeing alot but oh well that's part of getting re-hydrated and having enough water to flush toxins out.

I feel great today
