Day 36 here I failed on water yesterday and was pretty dehydrated
I can feel not so good when I do that
This morning my ketones level was super high . so I MUST do some major flushing
I slacked on fiber-ish stuff for the past few days and I am starting to feel it in the gut .. and I know it's time to spend a weekend with some sort of supplement to make things better
This weekend is gonna be BUSY but fun, I am going to 6th street with an out of town friend, I can't drink :( which sucks but at the same time I have sworn off drinking because it is a gatway for me to over indulge in foods .. nothing like greasy street vendor food after drinking in a club watching a live rock show
Tonight we have band practice right after work .. time to go buy some Jerkeys !!!
