So I've decided to challenge myself not only to stay "on plan" but to not use a scale for two weeks
The reason is because I've noticed if I'm doing "GOOD" I actually use that to rationalize that I can eat a little more carbs.
I'm going to wait till the 26th to hit the scale again
Also going to challenge myself and go to the DAMN GYM !!!!
At least 6 days between now and then
